There is no hidden cost, or setup fee. However, if you request dedicated IP after sign up, there will be additional $5 Setup Fee.

03. Can I purchase a dedicated IP?

Since we use a quota system to monitors your account disk space and bandwidth, therefore your account will be suspended if your maximum disk/bandwidth is reached. You will need to keep an eye on your account quotas, and let us know immediately if you want to upgrade your disk/bandwidth.

You will need to contact your domain registrar, and add/register your own nameservers with the IP that we gave you in the Account Info Email.

That is because someone else on the server is using the same username that you are trying to create.

Simply upload your own images via WHM, and you can have your branded cPanel.

09. What is skeleton directory?
When you create an account, WHM will copy everything under your skeleton directory to the account that you just created.

10. Why doesn't my main account show up in WHM?
Your domain is a reseller domain, therefore it doesn't show up under your WHM.

11. Can I make webalizer stats viewable outside cPanel?
You will need to setup a cronjob under cPanel, and copy tmp/webalizer/ folder to public_html/

12. Where should I place my CGI scripts?
Under cgi-bin/ and the scripts permission need to be set 755.
